ABW Architects are looking for an Architectural Technologist or an experienced Architectural Technician to join our team.

 

The practice works with mid to large-scale projects across the North-west of England. We have a broad range of projects, ranging across the educational, student accommodation, residential and commercial sectors.

 

The role will see you experience working on projects from conception all the way through to construction.

 

With multiple projects approaching RIBA Stages 3 and 4, we are looking for a candidate who has an interest and knowledge in how building components come together.

Responsibilities:

• Working on the production of working drawing packages

• Dealing with design issues on projects and finding technical solutions

• Consulting with design team members, consultants, and clients

• Communicating and providing support to the rest of the ABW team

• Attending meetings and site visits as necessary

 

Skills:

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

• Knowledge of construction detailing and UK Building Regulations

• Architectural Experience in a UK-based practice

• Good organisational, communication, and presentation skills

 

Additional Information:

• Salary of £30,000 - £37,500 per annum based on level of experience

• 25 days annual leave and bank holidays

• Office-based (Liverpool) working, with the option for flexible home working
