GRADUATES COURT

Graduates Court is a further phase to the on site student accommodation provided at Edge Hill, with the basic principles remaining the same. 8 linked blocks house 154 students, grouped together in flats of 6. The buildings are clustered around a series of spaces where existing trees and mature planting have been retained with minimal hard landscaping.

The lessons learned from previous phases allowed the team to improve the buildings performance. Whole house ventilation and improved construction allow for greater air tightness, reducing energy demands and fuel emissions even further.
